Hi Guys, my headlights are constantly flickering, which i've been told is likely down to the voltage regulator in the alternator playing up im guessin worn brushes?

I know this is a replaceable part and that you can buy from ecp etc however i'm a little ignorant and confused on one thing. My car has a 65 amp alternator on it, however all the regulators seem to be listed as for 90 amp, would it be ok to fit one of these?

Complete regulators are all the same, brushes are all the same.
Both are available from BMW.
12 31 1 726 022 is the complete reg. and 12 31 1 727 756 is a brush set.
