Must sound good and fairly quiet, I was advised the same single pipe design today at a custom exhaust garage. Mine is twin pipe all along and its a bit too loud... a sound clip would be nice buddy, nice car btw.

Sounds excellent, just a real 6 cylinder bmw sound but emphasised obviously almost a rasp off it when climbing the revs!

Can be driven relatively quiet at low revs but when you accelerate and then leave off it still makes that popping noise if you know what I mean

I'll do a sound clip tomorrow

Twin pipe system through out the system is the right way, not single from middle box.

Sounds brilliant, almost like raspy sound as its climbing the revs but not crazy loud, id recommend a vortex

You should hear my car! went to have more baffles added today as noise level were too much on long journeys... can't say it changed anything too much. I was told a single pipe from the middle box is the way to go to slow down the flow, to reduce noise and kill the resonance in the cabin.. Less power (not much) but it makes for a more refined chariot :)

The Vortex box is supposed to improve power by its design, a power map would be good to see :D

Do you know what I'll do I'll go back and tell the exhaust experts that they are wrong and your right!

Do you mean just a standard dyno test with a power curve?

Looks spot on Hop Chop. IIRC BTB favour a single pipe system too and nobody can argue they don't know what they're doing :D
