When I Turn The Front & Rear Foglight's On Nothing Shows On The Dashboard, What Could This Be?

Depends rather a lot on whether the lights themselves work, which you don't say.

same thing happened to me when i got a new 325. the culprit turned out to be a dried out switch, because the dash cluster hasnt illuminated no power has got to the cluster from the switch. it could be a jammed relay or the fuses (fuses supposed to save the bulbs from damage anyway)could have blown but i would go for replacing the switch.

just thinking but if you dont have a multimeter any on off switch that connects the terminals behind the switch once youve removed it will tell you if the fog lights work. you could try soaking the switch in WD40 overnight.
