My leckie aereal wont go up / down ! the motor is working, I took it apart last night, there is a plastic cord that loops around a wheel, should that have a stop like thing at the end to prevent it from disappearing into the aereal when its up ? if I push it down, then turn it on it will go up - once, but will not come down when you turn off !
Is this fixable ? or is it goosed ?

If it is a stalk fault you can get replacement ones off ebay or hirschmann ;)
