Update
Just filled up Shell petrol
And done the tyre pressures
Front 2.3
Rear 2.4
Had a middle class white bloke in 4x4 go up to me saying immaculate BMW etc etc
BMW did another Visual Health Check and said on VHC I have minor oil leaks and coolant leaks. The coolant is dried up. They gave that amber reading.
The rear tyres are 3mm and they have that red reading

Update
Went for a road trip to Manchester with my friend on the weekend.
I topped up with some engine oil.
I bought engine oil and coolant for precautions
This took 2 tanks of petrol
Full tank
227 miles
23.9mpg
Full tank of petrol of £55
Return trip
Full tank
254 miles
24.5mpg
I had some comments about the Sport
- Manchester high street some guys in BMW E9X who were black going in opposite direction came alongside and were like nice car etc
- Some Asian guys riding bicycles were giving me thumbs up
- White guy on motorway giving thumbs up
- At Park Lane someone in another car asks me do I want to sell it ? Then I told him how much I paid and have spent and is not for sale.
I saw my first BMW M4 Coupe. This was parked in Manchester by the Hilton. Looked good, classy and subtle.

Not sure mixed race I thinkross_jsy wrote:What race was the person who asked if it was for sale?
Actually he might have been Arabic
Black guys in new BMWs were quite positive and so were Asians on bicycles.

You sure the guys on the bikes were Asian? Sounds a bit French to me. Sounds like you had quite a tour, seeing much diversity.
Did the black guys not try to sell you anything?

My friend on the road trip is also black.
He was telling me when he had CLK Coupe in Manchester he got stopped a million times and the police are racist etc so told me to drive sensibly in the City centre.
PS
Yes the guys on the bicycles were Asians but not orientals.

Pone, you should have popped in and said hello to Rav. Everyone in Birmingham knows him.

If Pony had mentioned his visit, he could have had a cup of tea at Imy's in Manchester...

Update
The last photographs I have posted were from 5th June. A lot more has happened since then. However, I am having difficulty uploading photographs from my mobile phone to my photobucket mobile app.
Just to fill you in what happened on Sat
Done a burnout on Friday I have photographs and on Saturday. Seem to be getting some "axle tramp"
I have about rear tyres 3mm of tread left.
I got 2x new rear tyres fitted as I am going drifting soon. Though I have tread left I just want to be safe as 200 miles each way I have to go back home too. I have kept the old rear tyres. I chose to get 2x new rear tyres albeit "Acceleras". Also I had the vehicle checked over by the tyre fitter wrt "axle tramp" he could not find anything wrong.
Also had the KDS 4 wheel alignment check up. All is fine. I have printouts too. Just got to figure out how to post.

Update
I went for a 19 mile drive in the M3 CS which I haven't driven for some weeks now. The tyre pressures were low. I only went to Park Lane and back. Actually I feel more relaxed in the E30 as I worry less about that.
However, caning the E30 everywhere has made me want to cane the M3 CS everywhere I have to remind myself to be gentle with it. I do not wring its neck like with the E30 though I do enjoy driving it especially over long distances. I find short distances and in London very worrying in the M3 CS.
I had to uphold the E46 M3 name at a previous meet when a new Merc was hustling bss325i and bss325i was too slow. Just joking BSS.
After driving the E46 M3 CS I can feel the new throttle cable bss225i fitted feels really light throttle next to M3 CS
M3 CS steering feels heavier and brakes sharper and ride is better and the interior is far better condition.
The gear knob in the E30 is in better condition because the E30 illuminated M-Technic gear knob is brand new. The M3 CS gear knob is 36k mileage.
Also M3 CS is quiet. The E30 you know I am coming a mile away.
The sound system on the M3 CS which is a very basic BMW sound system is quite clear though I have commented is not loud enough and the quality is no where near as good as BOSE on New Porsches.
The sound system on the E30 is quite loud though not loud enough. Needs a subwoofer bss325i tells me having tested it. Some songs are very very clear. Those with a lot of bass really need subwoofer. However, yeah people look in the E30 innit. And yeah they love a hustling E30 sideways. I got a clap from some builders the other day after some fish tailing.
