4 door and touring questions

Are the door skins and inner door cards the same from a 4 door saloon and a touring?

The full front door (inner trim panels and outer skin/glass) are the same on tourings and 4 doors

as for the rear doors, everything up to the glass is the same, but the touring has a different frame shape and glass.

so basically, any front door will fit, and the rear doorcards will fit, however rear doors could need a different glass frame dependant on application
