Manufacturing the first one:

Working on the chassis weight

All stock welds were rewelded to make the chassis stiffer

Roll cage!
making holes and mountings for everything we'll need
Image
Interior view. Lots of work with rear radiator mounting and diffusor, seat mountings all safety equipement mountings
Image
Modifying the cooling system. It was very importat to keep a good car balance, so we pushed everything back. Also it's really good not to have any damagable parts in front of the car :)
When the radiator was placed the water pipes were led through the passangers side

Painting time!

Loads of work with electricity, suspension settings and engine placement...

And finaly coming closer to the real view of the car! :)

Sorry, but we don't have a lot of pictures of the other car, so I will just share some of the moment from the competitions :D

Here's what happens when you push a bit too hard... Still the car has been repaired extremely fast and finished all the events in the season! :)

s62 coupe didn't have any spoiler, m62 coupe was fitted with some datsun ducktail spoiler. Our good friends wateam provided all fiber parts for those cars.

Really glad that our drivers had the guts to drift at 105mph downhill in Nemunring Lithuania!

By the way, the 325 e46 ended up 6th in the competition

It took some time to fit everything as we wanted. Adjustable bump steer and highest possible mounting point. Stock fuel tank didn't fit after this modification so we had to weld a new one. After all this improvement was a good idea, becouse now we have various adjusting points, also really simple and easy to change control arms, stronger rear transmision. As a result of that last season we broke 5 output shafts, this season 0 :)
