right guys need to pick your brains....
im building a drift car, started life as an e30 318 touring. iv done an e36 rack conversion with pipes from danthe on here, im also installing an m50 25b. its almost ready to drop in now. i have a question about how to run the coolant hoses. its a drift car, not a road car so im really not fussed about having heating inside the car. so how do i run the coolant hoses??? using an e36 air con radiator. so i have my inlet and outlet going to the thermo housing. there is an outlet behind the thermo housing and an outlet right at the back of the engine block, and the outlet at the bottom of rad that would usually go to the heater matrix..... if im not running heaters.... what do i do with them all??? also anyone got or know of where to get a loom converter thats not silly money?? if not ill just wire it myself... that is all!!!

I'd keep the heater if possible - it will still be handy to be able to demist the screen and side windows when drifting.
To keep the heating, there would be a pipe from the back of thermo housing that runs along the side of the block. This pipe Ts off so it goes to the expansion tank on the rad (the lower, small stub) and to the upper heater matrix stub. The stub at the back of the head goes to the lower heater matrix stub.
If you're not bothered by the heater, you would need to simply bypass the heater matrix. Run a pipe from the back of the head to the thermo housing, not forgetting to add a T piece in the middle so you can run the pipe to the expansion tank.
For the loom, DanThe is your man for a plug and play loom. Or get yourself an E30 C101 loom plug (engine side), some heat shrink and a soldering iron. There is wiring charts in the wiki.
