318is sway bars on 325i? upgrade?

Hi.

I'm in Australia so unsure what we had over here but I assume it would be similar on our 318is. From what I understand these have the "M Mtech" sway bars.

Would putting 318is sway bars into a 325i be an upgrade?

Fronts wouldn't make a difference, and rears would be a downgrade:
