i cant remember of the top of my head.

but how exactly does this work?

is there some sort of ring i need to weld on.. and then put a flange behind it..

ive taken a link from realoem

8 is a compressible olive that fits between two flanges. Similar to brass compression fittings used on copper water pipes.

ive pulled the old system off today unfortunately the old fitting crumbled into dust! ive got a bit of it left about 45mm wide,

is that piece fairly universal to find? autofactors.

and does it just push on... no putty anything?

thanks
