Rav, you should invite Soni around for some of your 'special' chicken Tikka, then you two bruvs can bond. It might be worth waiting a couple of weeks as he has the plumbers in , already

This is probably what Dan meant......don't assume it's a sport unless you see the V5.

anyone who has to hide their name when advertising a car (especially when gumtree asks you for it) is hiding it for a reason.

Also close to meaningless. Many genuine Sports have no mention of the fact on the V5, and similarly the other way around. The DVLA would print onto the V5 whatever you filled in on the application.nickso wrote:....don't assume it's a sport unless you see the V5.
Only way to be certain is to check the VIN with BMW.

Good old Quentin Wilson pointed this out yeeeeeears ago when he sent in a V5 with changes, my memory is not good, but as far as I can recall it went something along the lines of Ford, Cosworth, Panel Van , Heavy oil, 50cc engine and about 6 different colours. You get the idea, but DVLA sent it back all printed upBrianmoooore wrote:

X5 V8 for thrills, CRV for chills, Range Rover P38 V8 for sooooo much aggravation...

Heavy oil? Surely, it would have been Snake oil, knowing Count Quentula!
