I'm having problems with petrol at high pressure!
The leak is from the rail/injector join,I've just spent an afternoon trawling all possible local suppliers for a set of injector O rings with success!
But it still spays fuel out randomly from number 2 and/or 3.I've currently got a seal after applying a blob of copper grease to the new O rings, but just where do those spring clips locate?
Do they go under the O ring?
Do the go in the first groove down on the injector?
Or what else could I have got wrong?

The clips hold on the groove, it looks like they are loose when you first fit them, but if the O rings are the correct size it wont be a problem

Thanks,Dan.
I'm wondering if the front tab on the fuel rail has become distorted. This is the second occasion that I have had this problem, first time we ended up coming home on the big truck with the flashing lights....about two months back....this time I had just completed an oil/filter change and was re-setting the SI(ign on)when the bloody injector started to leak!
Very odd,methinks.
