bought a e30 so put a cd player in but its not powering up, tryed another one but same thing 1st e30 so i dont know much about them, can anyone give me some tips on what to check
its a j reg 316 touring thanks in advance

Have you connected the two 12 volt, constant and ignition, feeds and the earth lead correctly? Did you test these before connecting to confirm they were working?

Well need to upgrade the cd player as my daily has a alpine with blurtooth an mic and everything and i dont really wonna remove it as it takes ages to install
And in the bm i just put a rubbish halfords pioneer init
I think the car needs a pioneer dolphin 60w4
