You want an ET of around 24 for 7j BBS reps, which are shite!
Real RS's will cost you about £1500 for 15" rims or if you or lucky 16" around the £2.5k mark plus parts to make them wider.

Shiiiiiet, i was hoping for 16'' around the 1.5k mark but at 2.5 its abit much for me :/

16s in 5x120 can be had for £1500, but then you're goingto need a five stud conversion...
