i am looking at buying some alloys which have been re drilled to 4x100 although the other fitment has been filled in with aluminium i belive and some type of bolt are these safe to use or best to stay away from these types of alloys and just go for orginal 4x100 fitment

If done well by a good welder then the metal will be stronger than the surrounding metal. The fact there's some kind of bolt in there doesn't bode well
