Hi, I have a E30 with E34 525i M50B25 engine, the issue is that when I accelerate, the car stops.
At idle works fine and if disconnect it also works well. I tried another meter and works equally wrong.
I have checked the wiring and all is right, like this:

Pin
1 - Pin 13 of X6000
2 - 12v
3 - Do not have metal
4 - Ground
5 - Pin 14 of X6000
6 - Pin 41 of X6000
7 - has metal

What can it be?

Thank you very much

For more information I will say that I do not carry oxygen sensor connected and on the same wire flowmeter is another rectangular connector pin 2 or 3.

Are you absolutely sure it's the MAF that's faulty? If so, why?

Mine works fine but undoubtedly is related as I have just tried another and does the same but if you disconnect, either, and the car is fine. That is, with either flowmeters that have malfunctioning car without flowmeter works well.

Try disconnecting either the battery or ECU for an hour or so to reset it, reconnect the battery then let it idle for at least 10 minutes to enable base idle setting to be learnt.

Switch off, then go for a drive (if possible) throughout the rev range.

Good idea, I will erase the sensor error and then I will wait in idle for 10 minutes and then try.

Thank you very much

For if it helps someone help, I've found the problem, the idle air valve is broken, is left open. Flowmeter idle without the car runs well but with flowmeter, to go cross the air entering it, the mix is bad because it goes over what he believes.
