I found 2 type of m20 b25 exhaust manifold but which is better to use?

and does exhaust manifold from 320 and 325 same size?

Use whichever one fits your down pipes.
The second one is the later version, but suffers from a tendency to warp and break studs at the front and rear of the head. If you use the one piece one, check that the face is flat, and have it machined if it isn't.

I have search at realoem.com but no part number reference, does m20 b20 and m20 b25 exhaust manifold is same size or not?

Sorry, forgot to answer that bit. B20 and B25 exhaust manifolds are identical.
Should have said the two piece is LH drive and the single piece RH drive as well.
