Update

I had the stereo installed

I just had a short drive and a proper listen. This stereo is LOUD. My ears are hurting and I have a hearing problem anyway ie partial deafness. I was playing Eye of the Tiger and I got a smile from a bird lol, Bobby Brown, and SOS Band to see what sounds like. I think this is probably better than any sound system that was ever available on (BMW) E30 when New. Actually the mirror vibrates when I am in traffic. From the best of the music well or is the windscreen (rear). Is L O U D inside.

I didn't see you down there and you appear to be parked right outside of my beach hut!!

Though I did spend most of the weekend in the pub, escaped to see the pre war cars and monster trucks and on Sunday made an effort to see some former F1 cars hailing ass down bath road but that was about it.

Anyway back to this Alpine sound system and it is L O U D!!!!
I can connect to Apple iPhone/iPod and take phone calls with the in built microphone and Bluetooth
