Both bolts seized in and the head if can call it that, is totally mullered, any ideas how I can get the bumper off and bolts out? Rear end

Had the same thing with the front but I just took off the impact absorber which I can easy replace.

Thanks

Either MIG-weld another nut on top and undo it while it's still hot, or chop the heads off with a Dremel or similar and extract the studs once you've got the bumper off.

PlusGas releasing agent works well.

my chromie has no absorbers at the back just 4 bolts, two in the boot and two underneath. The lower drivers side one was really badly seized and i ended up angle grinding it off

Unbolt it from the rear of the valance and take the bumper off with the shocks still attached.

I had that recently and the nuts holding the bumper damper on were coated in underseal and had never been off. Don't put too much pressure onto them (3/8 drive max), use a 6 point socket and if they round, get an irwin bolt gripper onto them. I ended up hacksawing two of the bolts as the nuts just wouldn't come all the way off.

Hope yours is easer !
