Not sure if anyone can help, but I've bought a car which I pick up on Saturday but as I don't want to register it in my name is there a certain time limit it can be registered as under the 'motor trader' section?

Not that I know of.
I have had cars where I've had the logbook for months and the traders bit was sent off without issue.

As above, never had a problem with keeping cars for months on traders.
