Random Question, Need Help!!!!!

Hello, I have a 1987 bmw e30 cab 2.0, engine has gone and so time to upgrade.

Was wondering if I could use a bmw e30 325i TOURING as a doner????
If I bought the car would I require anything else or could I straight swap engine, box etc?

So I can go ahead and buy the touring? Wont need anything else realisticly?

Sorry to be persistent, parents are going mad about how many cars I have on the drive and so want to make sure this one is the right one
