hello, firstly i have found a creme coloured c1 ,fsh,145000 miles with top end rebuild at 120k the rear arches have been repaired so no rust problems there.2 owners ,no 55 of 56 rhd cars, cloth interior, apoart from that its all original.no power steering.Ԛ£2250,is this a good price and are they any good coz the engine is 323i based oh it also has lsd.I dont really need the car as i have a daily runner plus my m3 but a rare e30 is callin.im just a sucker for bmw.

By all acounts the E30 C1 wasn't much cop, but it's still a rare beast...
I'm not sure about it being worth over Ԛ£2k though. As with all Alpinas, it's worth what someone will pay. Also, you never know how long repaired rear arches are going to last.
Depending on what "untidy" means, the 2.7 sounds a better bet. If it's real, of course.

C1's are 170 brake so ure looking at standard 325i performance.
So when the 325 appeared it killed this car off, which is why they are unloved. A bit unfair really but thats how it goes.
Wants to be very good for the money, the price is reflecting the rarity value a bit too i think.
As u can buy a very good 325iSE on a H plate for 1500 sheets. See what i mean!

Thought I recognised the car... used to be parked outside Great Coates Motors all the time. My old man is a friend of Bill McCartney...
Nice motor. Will have to come and have a look at it sometime...

Kev... it's out at the M62 / A1 junction...
A180 / M180 / M18 / M62 then the junction with the A1 there's the Services.
About an hour away from town...
I'm off on the 5th Feb... it's in the Meets section.
Giles.
