do i make the hood electric?

dunno how big of an issue this would be but would it be worth making my hood electric if i decide to keep it? i know a good auto electrician who said it wouldnt be hard if i got the motors but i heard the original bmw ones are temperamental? any ideas?

i would say no, as the motors break and u can bend the arms by mistake and it's all big bills! new motors are a fortune.

It is also far quicker without the motors etc .....

Dont think so, you have to get out of the car with manual.....I can sit at the lights and have it down in less than 30 seconds!GDBN wrote:It is also far quicker without the motors etc .....
