Tyres rubbing, not in the place you might think...

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Got a bit of a strange one here,

when the steering is on full lock and pulling away, it feels like the tyres are scrubbing on the road surface :?

i'v checked everything that i can think of but cant seem to find a solution,

tyres are not rubbing/touching any part of the car when on full lock (195/50/16's )
the drop links are good,
control arms are good,
new tie rods and track rods,
bearings are good,
eccentric bushes are also good

the only thing that i can think of is the manual steering rack, but there doesn't seem to be any untoward play in it,

anyone got any thoughts on this..??

probably just the ackerman effect as the wheels won't be perfectly parallel when on full lock
