No.

But if it is mint as advertised ask for underside pics and underbody kit pics as a mint tech 2 will be worth more but mint or mint is the to be or not to be!!!

Non rusty 25 year old original sport will be very very rare.

thanks for the advice ! what would you guys say its worth ? really wanting to buy one but i want a nice one for reasonable money ... I'm from the isle of man so the cost of bringing one back and getting it thru its test will be quite expensive so id want to find a nice one for reasonable money . we have a manx test instead of a m.o.t witch is a lot more tourer and harder to pass ...
thanks again

Well sub 100k sports are making over £10k now IF rust free and nice with no issues.

This car belonged to someone who had something to do with BMWCar magazine and was featured in it some years ago.

I've spoke to the guy and asked for some more pics .. he would take 8500 for the car he's said . or do you think its worth waiting around for a better one to come up ? or maybe look into auctions ?

thanks

There is a tech 1 sport for sale in NI for £2k

That gives you £8k to play with! :)

It's not uncommon for good cars to sit for ages in NI..

A guy on NI-BMW had a lovely 325i chromie up for sale for ages.

It's now away to London. :(

At any price, a buyer MUST assume all E30s are scrap until proven otherwise. A really pony ad and tales of Waxoil being plastered around seven years ago do nothing to convince me otherwise.
Unless a buyer knows their onions (and lemons :( ) a thorough inspection by someone who does is imperative.

To be fair the spelling in his reply would be enough to put me off. Dropping it by so much before you even see it means it's a spruced up shitter that the seller is hoping to cash in on.

If u can view it then do so. Take a torch and some cardboard to lie on and have a good poke around. If your happy to spend 8.5k and it's a straight car then buy it.

Inspecting a car or getting someone who knows what to look for goes without saying.

Sadly, many people are too impatient/stupid/greedy not to.
