Thanks guys,

There Rondell style 58's

I was thinking of toyo proxy -r's, goodyear eagle f1's (expensive!) or some yoko's

I really want some of those semi slick tyres like the yoko a034 or toyo r888. Obviously not for this time of year though. Has anyone used these as a road tyre during the summer?

As to what tyres to go for... plenty of lines in the forum, shouldn't have a problem to find the best advice in it TBH

They look great I am getting a set of 16" for my five series for $600+ shipping. post some pics when you have them on. My buddy had Michelin Pilot Sport and since went with Proxes and loves them.

very nice fella. id recomend toyo's, very good tyre. progressive feeling at the limit and wear ok. the main downside is high levels of road noise

Road noise is a small price to pay. Just get a banging stereo like me and problem solved :D

I have toyos on my 16's, iv been impressed with them for road use but there not great on a wet track. Im going to get some yoko semi slicks for the track though so that wont be a problem.

As far as the noise goes, thats not a problem, i have a decent stereo and the engine noise drowns everything else out anyway :D

I think thats probably what il go for, pretty cheap too.
