Hi guys,
Need front and rear wheel bearings, what brands should I avoid as the usual GSF/ECP lot dont seem to have any decent branded replacement parts.
Thanks

Nothing wrong with SNR from ECP. Good enough for most manufacturers to use in their cars mate

Also SKF, FAG. Budget brands are a false economy. My local ecp stock SKF, you just need to enquire when buying. Also check the product in the box is matched with the manufacturers markings, that new hub nut and locking ring are present in the kit.

Thanks guys, have found a place selling Meyle kits for the front and FEBI for the rears at pretty much the same prices as the 'pot luck' no name ones, so think I'll go for that. Will double check that the bearings include nuts and locking rings before I buy though

I've found a lot of bearings for E30's don't come with the locking rings so you may have to go to the dealer for them. E36 ones however seem to.

The fronts were on MotorMec, i think they have them on their eBay site but not the regular website though for some reason. KMS have the FEBI rears.
