Elex is a trade show for the electrical contracting industry, and when I went off to it this morning, I didn't think for a moment that I would be posting a thread on it in "E30 BMW Chat" later in the day, or anywhere else on the zone.
Had been there for about an hour, when I spied four distinctive headlamps and a very familiar grill on a stand across the hall, so went across, and there, dominating the Ansell Lighting stand, and sponsored by them, was an E30 touring drift car, powered by a M30 motor on throttle bodies, with its builder and owner, Mikeyce30.
Introduced myself, had a good chat with him, and a good look over the car. Very impressed with the standard of the work, and especially the attention to finishing detail. I've asked him to put up some pics, so that the whole of the zone can appreciate it.
