Heated leather seat elements

Just a quick question ,how many types of heated seat elements are there for the e30 leather seats ? I have leather sport seat with horizontal stitching which I want to make heated .

2 types.
One for "Sport" seats, and one for comfort, so I've been told.

Im sure there is a difference in between leather and cloth seats also.

You can still fit the strips in horizontal leather, just run the strips up into the foam over the stitching points then run back continuous with the leather after the line. Works fine in my retrofit.
