How do you lift these up?

Because I can see under it the white bit which is a mount in guessing.
Also the bit of trim by the outside of the window,
How does that come off?
Covers where the window goes into. I'm trying to find a picture but I can't.

For the rear bumper, there are 2 torx bolts under the bumper that hold it in place...
