Hi.
Im having a problem with my heater.
The car gets up to temp perfectly and when driving normally the heater works,
But if i drive the car continuously over 3K revs ie on a motorway, the heater goes cold, and theres a tapping sound coming from my heater control valve.
Ive tried a different valve but to no avail..
Can anybody help me in fixing the problem...
Heater valve making nocking noises..??

The usual culprit of a tapping heater valve is having the heater hoses fitted the wrong way.... The hose from the head goes to the lower stub of the heater matrix.
