Hi. I've just refurbed the headlining in my 325 touring.
As you will know this means taking out the sunroof which I did with little trouble. But as I re fitted the headlining and went to put back in the sunroof, I've noticed the rails on which the sunroof fixes are off set. So when closing the mechanism 1 side engages before the other.
Anyone got any ideas???

Cheers

Take off the roof panel, make sure the motor is set to 'closed', remove the motor assembly (which will release the cables), set the roof mechanism to closed by hand, refit the motor, and refit the panel.
If it goes out of sync again, then the cables or drive sprocket on the motor are damaged.
