E30 'Film Stars' update

This is trivial I know, however..

Just noting an update for 'E30 Film Stars' in the articles section of the zone,
Steven Seagals latest 'straight-to-dvd' failure Black Dawn. A green 325e is the bad guys vehicle of choice in the ridiculous car chase against a truck. They might have stood a better chance if the 'e' was fitted with front and side airbags.

this is just a quick appearance, but at one point there is a light blue E30 in the movie Donny Darko, which looks in mint condition (Donny Darko was filmed in 2001) !

There's a white one in the remake of Shaft too - doesn't really feature, but appears a couple of times in various places!

There is a John claude van dame film film with dennis rodman in, right at the end van dame drives off in a mint 325i sport grey. Very nice looking motor.

I noticed that one in donny darko too! There is also one in pulp fiction right near the start.

there is also one in the music video for chicane-'no ordinary morning'-early typr with chrome bumpers and bbs style cross spokes however i dont think they are original,slightly different to bbs's-they look like 14's also

there was an early D plate in dark blue on top gear when they had the 3 supercars in a town, me and my mate were buzzing off it for weeks and made 1001 jokes about how the Bm lead the supercars into the town etc lol

I saw that. jumped up and down with excitment. my housemates think I'm such a loon. lol.. they just don't understand the e30 way

there's a touring on euro (maybe german) plates at the beginning of The Wedding Date (chick flick) when they take taxi from Heathrow... watched it this morning cos I was bored

Also watched Clarkson's crappy "no limits" video... what a pile of shite... but there were a few e30s on the track day he went to.

was watching the garage on cable last nite

and theres a nice looking black e30 sat under one of there 2poater ramps
you keep getting glimpses but they dnt mention it

E30 Cab in the Baby D, Let me be your fantasy music vid. Wasn't the original version, maybe the second ?

Anyway, they were driving about hanging out the top of it. Number plate = BABY D
