I searched for a long time to find any info on where the pipes for the washer jets should run and how the valves should be fitted.
But the only way I really figured it out was to go and check out someone else's car.
Here is a picture of the layout of all the valves and t pieces behind the jets

Starting at the top that's the passenger side jet and the loop goes around the bonnet frame next to that jet like this

If this is going to be of a help to the wiki let me know and I will take some more pics of the finished job

That's not correct. All the pipes should be inside the the bonnet frame.

Mine had a clip in that hole holding the pipe on the outside.

I've just remembered (an achievement in itself, since we've just spent the evening selecting wines for a wedding) that I have a PDF of the BMW instructions for installing intensive wash/wipe which shows exactly how they should be fitted. A PM of an email address will get you a copy.

Need an email address to do that.
I've contacted Grrrmachine, and we're going to attempt to get all 88 of these PDF instruction files on the wiki or somewhere else that everyone can access them.

Yep, as soon as I get the docs I expect we'll need a whole new batch of Wiki pages to cope.

Pdf/Photoshop experts wanted :D
