Front splitter. Good value and although was bent in the post, it was well packaged so nothing was snapped or lost - simply a bit of a twist. Put on the car and it looks just right.

I have no idea how you'd post one to prevent the twist from the postie, so I'm 100% he did everything right

Purchased a touring load covered off bmw-mad with tweeter pods as well and they were delivered what would've been next day if it weren't for the weekend. Both items were brilliantly packed and undamaged in transit, was very happy with the transaction as a whole.

Was told to use a bodyshop in Birmingham but then he couldn't recommend me a bodyshop.

No offer of refund/partial refund.

You bought the skirts full well knowing they needed work. You was clearly told they was a bit warped and one sides nugs were broken.

Then you complained a week or so later that they are too bad as your bodyshop couldn't fit them. And wanted a refund etc. I disagreed as you clearly knew they needed work and you even agreed that you was fully aware they needed work!

If I did not show you or tell you they needed work I would have resolved the issue as I have always done with anyone who buys something from us!

They was priced according to the condition!

Recieved an assorted box of bits and bobs, window seal, plastic trim, headrest brackets, M-tech ducts, original M-badge, 325i boot badge and horn.

I have been hunting for these bits for a while and was getting downhearted after being sent incorrect items or people trying to take the piss with prices I have to say that dealing with bmw-mad is a breath of fresh air. All these bits from one place is a bonus, every single item is EXACTLY what I specificaly asked for and the prices are really down to earth. All well packaged too and delivery time and postage costs to the Highlands are excellent.

I have trouble trusting sellers of car parts generaly but will not hesitate to deal with again.
