Which gearbox oil for m52 donor box?

There is a slight weep from the gearbox on my m52 conversion and I'd like to replace the oil. On the box it says use ATF, but does anyone have any recommendation of brand etc. From my time on landrovers there was a specific brand which made the box feel much better.

I usually just use dexron 3, which is more than likely what they would have had from new, IMO there is no point buying this in brand name form as it just needs to meet a certain spec. If you wanted to go one better you can use a fully synthetic atf from the like of Redline or similar, its only a litre so wont break the bank

Thanks Dan, I shall just look out for the fully synth stuff and see how it goes!
