number plate plinth

hi want to tidy the rear number plate plinth up that's what I call it.plastic is very faded what paint should I get to spray it ?and what prep should I do before spraying?

Auto Glyms bumper gel should tidy it up mate.

If it's black plastic I would try Carpro PERL
