Washer jets cause radio to turn off :S

At first one of the four jet holes that spray cleaner/water onto the front windscreen stopped spraying, didn't think much of it. Now when I try to clean the windscreen all of the interior lights dim slightly, the radio turns off and no water comes from the jets. The washer fluid light has always been on once ever since I bought the car and I have never thought much of it because they worked. Some people have said bad earthing in the car but where do I start with something like this? Thanks.

Bad earth for sure, woul start by looking at the eart points near the ecu.
