Im hoping somebody can point me in the right direction here! Just had my first test drive of my m30 converstion, a few little problems but hopefully nothing major. It appears that the blower fan now has a permanent feed to it and will work with the ignition off, the electric windows and sunroof are working with the ignition on but will not when the engine is started unless you open the door
I dont know if this is related to the engine wiring or if its just a coincidence. anybody any ideas?

bloody hell you've been working quickly. much respect mate.
not sure about the electrics. have you left any permanent live connections in place from when you were testing when it wouldn't start? (unlikely i guess). try disconnecting the engine plug and see what works.
sorry, can't help too much mate.

You've got the black/green wire from the unloader relays to the starter motor connected to a permanent live, instead of earthing through the starter motor windings.

Great! How can i rectify this, where do i connect this black/green wire so that it earths through the starter motor windings? Could it be one of the relays in the wrong way as i had them out when i was trying to trace another problem?

You can't put the relays in the wrong way.
I don't know from here what you've connected the green/black to, but I think the M30 starter has different connections than the M20.
If the M30 motor has an external strap or braid going between the solenoid and the motor, then connect the wire to this.
