Both the white clips on the back of my low beam have broke.. It's the white ones that clip into the in-out adjuster I think?? The head light is just swinging and I don't won't too annoy anyone at night
if any one could tell me the part number or where I could get them ?? I've bought a few on eBay but there all the wrong ones
Thanks Adam

that might not be the part, depends what car it is ? as the white are pre facelift, and these black ones are facelift, and a slightly different size cup

Start here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do?ki ... E30&arch=1 with your car's serial number, and it should lead you to the correct headlamp parts for your car.

I checked out that site and typed my serial number in but it's showing as the clip I tried the black push in one.. Where as the ones on the car are white ones that grab the head of the adjuster screw..
Thanks Adam

for what its worth, if the black metal casings are surface rusty as they more often are, and the ajusters etc are all a bit ropey, its worthwhile if you can, to fully strip the units, rust treat and re paint the backs of the lights, have the casings and rings powder coated and give them a total refurbish, to ensure they last many more years to come
