Exhaust manifolds

Can anyone please confirm this -

With facelift exhasust manifolds, are they ALL the same ? Or do they differ in the size of 4 stud to downpipe for 2 and 3 piece systems ?

And is a downpipe connection on a 3 piece system pre facelift manifold with 4 stud, the same downpipe connection as a facelift 3 piece system manifold ?
