I`d recommend Keith Michaels. I got mine insured for £250 fully comp with lots of mods declared. That with 4000 miles a year, kept in a garage and using no no claims bonus (mines used on my daily car).

Heritage Car insurace. Will give you comprehensive cover with an agreed value too. I've been with them for the last 4 years and each year the premium has been coming down.
