Ive got a toad Ai606 which i believe is a fully enclosure alarm. Anyone know if E30 sport 1991 is compatible for this facility?

If so, How? Got no wiring diagrams/instructions?

Thanks

Right, when you arm the alarm now, what does it do.

Apart from the obvisous......does it lock/unlock the central locking ?

Total window closure is operated by a seperate small module. It should be mounted quite close to the main control unit as IIRC the loom is short.
There are several add ons to the Ai606 such as shock and microwave sensors which are more or less plug and play (if you have the wiring diagrams).

So it would appear i dont have the small module otherwise the windows would infact close...right?

Looks that way. Where is your main unit mounted? There is 1 thick loom ending in a multi plug which does not use all the wires on the standard installation. The add ons either plug in to a spare socket or use spare wires on the loom. The Ai606 needs programming after fitting ( U need manufacturers code) so it is possible, if the battery has been disconnected for a long time in the past, that you have the module but the alarm needs reprogramming. Sounds like you don't have the users manual. Try searching the Toad website to see if you can download a copy. Window closure modules are always on ebay; but you made find them cheaper elsewhere; and they look easy to fit.

Doesnt everything..

Anyway, not sure where the unit is. I'll print off your email and have a look on the weekend. Kam 325 sorted me out with the instructions/wiring diagram etc so hopefully sort it out.

Thanks for your advice

Noooooooooo ! I'd remove that link ASAP matey, any scrote could get hold of it and compromise the security of that alarm.

Cheers,
