Hi all,can someone tell me if the radiator from a 325 will fit a 316.

It is different, but can be fitted with some custom plumbing and the correct brackets.
325 rad has a seperate header tank, so mounts will have to be made and fitted for this as well.

As above. This can be done.. but your much better off fitting the proper radiator.
