Thats been for sale for ages. I really like that first shot of it though. The E34 is such a great looking car.

Shame it's an auto, would probably be on my drive by now otherwise! Can't be faffed with the hassle of converting though
Always thing it's off when people have a donut tank in a big saloon. There's enough room to get a big cylinder tank, a spare wheel (with access) and a couple of bodies in the boot of a E34, why faff about with a piddly little donut tank! On a touring, fair enough, but a saloon?

How likely is it to be like a tea strainer underneath judging by the slightly frilly bits in the pics ?
Looks bloody lovely and would fit in my new garage just nicely

There was a 525i (F plate iirc) on eBay last night that would've morphed nicely with this one. Rotten but it had electric beige/tan sport seats in decent nick. Must've been purchased already as it had disappeared by this morning!pac1982 wrote:Someone could buy both of those and make one really good cardarkchild wrote:And another! Best to keep the 535i as a nice thought Rob, I am 100% sure owning that car would change your mind about wanting onecapri_rob wrote:Dear god why did you have to show me that !darkchild wrote:And another! Manual goodness with FBMWSH! A few rust spots but looks a decent old thing:

OOF! That's a nice. I went to the E34 launch at North Oxford garage in June 1988 an the first 2 months of them were E plate. Such was the huge demand though that you couldn't really get one for 2-3 months. That gopld one must have been a demonstrator. It's a handsome beast. Look at that, and then look at that big turd that is the E60 SE.

Proper nice
I have completely lost interest in any BMW newer than an E39 - the old stuff was just so much better.
