I haven't fitted mine yet, funnily enough I dropped the complete subframe down yesterday too.

I was down at Danthe's unit a bit back when I dropped mine off to be powder coated and was stood under an e30 when we saw the problem, don't think It will be a big problem to get around though.

well as ive got all the rear end out at the mo i thought id do some rust digging and patch up a couple of holes ive found

i think i should have stopped there as the one little hole i have found up underneth the rear inner wing has crept up to nearly the filler cap so looks like a little more repair work to do

lol tbh this isn't a bad one it's a pretty good shell it was only a couple of holes about an inch or so round bit up the inner wing was abit bigger but that was it nothing major still pretty solid

but it's all done now just gotta underseal it then put it all bk together

lol well finally finished all the patching up its all under sealed and painted ready to be put all bk together this weekend

well got some more done this week basically the whole rear end is now done ill be putting it all bk together tomorrow
all painted and undersealed

diff is all bolted up ready

also finished the rear stut bracing today and welded reinforcment plates on top of the rear strut towers only got a couple of pics as my battery died on my phone but its all welded in now ill post more pics of that tomorrow

it's all bk together just a couple of little things to do blast and paint the diff cover and bracket but apart from that it's all done

I made do with painting mine but now I'm replacing the breather pipes and tank altogether, so might be better off with new lol.

well its all bk together now apart from drive shafts which ive took out tonight as they need modifiying they need a bigger flange on the end and need shortening a little
just a couple of pics with it all bolted up

and these beasts will be going soon

lol ha tbh it really needs a rebuild anyway but kev knows that

im gonna be starting on the brake servo bracket thi week so i can mount it inside the car behind the glove box just got to get materials first ive already designed it so ill get on with that this week

well as I said I got on to making the servo bracket today and almost got it finished too
just need to finish the pivot point bar that will push on the servo rod and weld it on then it's done

I'll just put the pics up to look at
