Does any know why they have 3mm or 9mm for the front and 5mm,7.5mm and 10mm for the rear

is it just for ride height ?

realoem says 9mm for the front and 10mm for rear, with red coil spring olny

Yes, to account for different vehicle weights depending on options, different markets / driving conditions and to correct suspension geometry which on the rear is only adjustable by changing the ride height.

Also, because of the leverage ratio, the height of the pad makes more of a difference at the rear than the front, which is probably why there are three options with smaller gaps between them for the rear than for the front.

as i have H&R Sports on mine and they are red

Silly question but i got a theory on why they use the higher spring pads

If it says red coil only, you have to use them with red springs, obviously....

just checking Dan. Installed the bigger ones with the B8's and H&R's and all square again, the grip is great.. full tyre contact
