Goin to swap the wishbone bush for some poly upgrades but just need info on weather to put the ones with the offset hole on or the standard ones?? Is there any benefit from the offset ones or not?

A while back I ran two E30's side by side as daily drivers. One had concentric bushes, the other eccentric bushes. Even 'er indoors noticed that the eccentric bushed car 'steered better'.
The turn in is better and there is a lot more 'feel' with these bushes.
I use poly bushes, easy to fit and the wishbone part will transfer to new wishbones easily if needed, but they do transfer road noise into the car.
Others hold their hands up in horror at the very mention of poly bushes.
But it's your car and your choice!

Well it's not a daily driver so road noise won't bother me the rest of the car is poly bushed and these are the last ones to get so sounds like offset ones will give a better response, cheers

I've never heard of poly bushes popping out, and I've been on here eight or so years.
I have poly front arm bushes on both e30 and e36 and wouldn't hesitate on fitting them again. I'm happy to compromise a little noise and buzz for tighter control and feedback.
One thing to watch, if you get powerflex offset bushes, the bits that fit over the arms used to be labelled wrong, so make sure they fit together to move the mounting towards the outside of the car.

Beware if your exhaust is close as the poly hang out of the bracket
