It's a stolen (Poland remember) B3 rebuilt into a 318is . The thought of a sweaty sports wear clad inked meathead squirming in those lovely Alpina leatherz while listening to Bon Jovi does grate though :(

but dear god, why do that to an alpina??

I thought it looked quite good in the first few posts.

Then by the bottom of the second page it's got stupid camber, and then crap wheels. I hate those breyton a with a passion.

As Pete said, hardly ruined, it's just a 318is with some alpina bits bolted in, not an actual alpina.
