Front ball joints?

Hi looks someone has been potholing! In the car not caves.

Bent rim (it will be fine as a rear ) and outer ball joint has given up.
Are these the same outer and inner ball joints(I know outer and inner are different) for all E30 models or does it change with the strut size,engine or year?

I take it Febi is the brand to buy or are others worth considering?

I'd just buy a Lemforder control arm for £57 from carparts4less.

Just ordered a pair of Lemforder balljoints £26 to do one side. Its all coming apart nicely which is a bonus, as I was close to losing my faith.
All E30's use the same joints by the look of it.

All steel arms use the same joints, but I believe the alloy arms fitted to m3s and some tourings have different joints which can't be changed.

True but this is fixing damage and not a planed job.
I'll do the other side in the spring along with lollipops and drop links. Should I fit offset lollipop bushes with standard suspension?
